Frequently Asked Questions

We are open from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Walk-ins are not accepted, so please call (303) 788-1620 to discuss an appointment.

Our office will call to remind you of your appointment 48 hours prior. We ask that you give us 24 hour notice if you will not keep your appointment. A $40.00 fee may be charged for same day cancellations and missed appointments.

Patients are responsible for co-payment at time of service. You may pay with cash, check or major credit cards.

Please bring forms such as surgical clearance, school physical forms, FMLA and disability forms to the office. Do not mail or fax them to us. Please allow one week for completion.

If you are covered by a HMO insurance plan you will require a referral from our office before you schedule an appointment with a specialist. Referral requests take 3 days to process. Please make sure that your referral is current before you visit the specialist's office.

Most lab specimens are sent to Quest Laboratories or Labcorp depending on the patients' healthcare plan.

Lab results will be called to you within 2 weeks. We will usually receive imaging results within 1 week. You will be called by the physician for critical findings as soon as they are available.

For refill request on medications, please call your local pharmacy and ask them to fax your request to (303) 788-4097.

We will not refill prescriptions after hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for all refill requests.
